Event Information

DATES/TIMES:
Saturday, September 27, 2025 – 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (tear down begins at 3 PM, off the road by 5 PM)
Sunday, September 28, 2025 – 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (tear down begins at 3 PM, off the road by 5 PM)

BOOTH SIZE: 12' x 12'

COST:
$100 per space for both days
$60 per space for one day
(if application, insurance & fee are submitted by May 1, 2025)

$125 per space for both days
$75 per space for one day
(if submitted by September 1, 2025)
Late submissions may be waitlisted.

GUIDELINES:
Antiques, collectibles, jewelry, new clothes, licensed premade/prepared foods, and handmade items are welcome.
No electricity or water available. Vendors must provide their own equipment.
No early Friday setup. Booth items must be removed Saturday night. No security provided.
Bring weights for tents. Left-behind items will be removed.
Prohibited: weapons, explosives, offensive/illegal materials, silly string, confetti.
No refunds for no-shows or cancellations. LAVMC not responsible for damage or theft.
We reserve the right to decline any application after submission.

CHECK-IN:
Vendor setup begins at 7:00 AM daily. Booths must be completed and vehicles moved by 8:30 AM.
Space assignments sent via email week before event.

In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants, and spectators, by the execution of this entry form, release and discharge LAVMC. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons, and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participant assisting or cooperating with the entrant and under the direction or control of the entrant.
