79th Annual Los Alamos Old Days Non-Profit Booth Information
Event Details
DATES/TIMES:
Saturday, September 27, 2025 – 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (tear down begins at 3 PM, off the road by 5 PM)
Sunday, September 28, 2025 – 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (tear down begins at 3 PM, off the road by 5 PM)
BOOTH SIZE: 12' x 12'
COST: No charge for non-profits (limited space available)
GUIDELINES:
- Non-profit must provide own equipment (tent, tables, chairs, etc.)
- No electricity or water available
- No silly string or confetti
- Certificate of Insurance (naming LAVMC) must be included with application
- Clearly list any items being sold
- No early Friday setup; ALL booth items must be removed Saturday night
- Bring weights for tents. No security overnight. Left-behind items will be removed
- LAVMC is not responsible for damage or theft
- Late or non-compliant submissions may be declined
CHECK-IN:
Set-up begins at 7:00 AM on event days. Booths must be complete and vehicles moved before 8:30 AM.
Space assignments will be emailed prior to the event.
