DATES/TIMES:
Saturday, September 27, 2025 – 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (tear down begins at 3 PM, off the road by 5 PM)
Sunday, September 28, 2025 – 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (tear down begins at 3 PM, off the road by 5 PM)
BOOTH SIZE: 12' x 12'
COST:
$100 per space for both days
$60 per space for one day
(if application, insurance & fee are submitted by May 1, 2025)
$125 per space for both days
$75 per space for one day
(if submitted by September 1, 2025)
Late submissions may be waitlisted.
GUIDELINES:
Antiques, collectibles, jewelry, new clothes, licensed premade/prepared foods, and handmade items are welcome.
No electricity or water available. Vendors must provide their own equipment.
No early Friday setup. Booth items must be removed Saturday night. No security provided.
Bring weights for tents. Left-behind items will be removed.
Prohibited: weapons, explosives, offensive/illegal materials, silly string, confetti.
No refunds for no-shows or cancellations. LAVMC not responsible for damage or theft.
We reserve the right to decline any application after submission.
CHECK-IN:
Vendor setup begins at 7:00 AM daily. Booths must be completed and vehicles moved by 8:30 AM.

Los Alamos Old Days Artisan Mart Application
By submitting this application, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Los Alamos Valley Men’s Club (LAVMC), its associates, and the town of Los Alamos, against any and all liability, loss, damages, cost or expense which said entities may hereafter incur, or suffer during the Los Alamos Old Days Celebration. Further, by submitting this application, you have read and agree to abide by the established Guidelines of the Los Alamos Old Days Celebration. Failure to comply could mean expulsion from this event with no refund.

**Proof of food permit, if applicable (cottage license, food truck, etc. – NO Temporary Food Trucks “TFF”) NOTE: NO FOOD SAMPLING per Santa Barbara County Environmental Health Department
**Copy of proof of insurance, with Los Alamos Valley Men’s Club named as additional insured.
