LAVMC Cook Your Own Followed by Trivia Night
The Los Alamos Valley Men’s Club’s “Cook Your Own” tradition is one of the most beloved and long-standing social gatherings in the community. Held on select Friday nights throughout the year at the LAVMC Clubhouse, this event brings together locals and visitors alike to enjoy a classic Santa Maria-style barbecue — with a twist: you’re the chef.
Dinner is your choice of beef, chicken, or fish with to be cooked over the club’s signature red oak fire pits, while the The Club provides all the side dishes, a full bar, and a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re a grill master or just there for the camaraderie, Cook Your Own nights are a great way to unwind, connect, and savor the flavors of Los Alamos.
Open to the public and family-friendly, the event serves as both a fundraiser and a celebration of community spirit. Proceeds support LAVMC’s mission of benefiting local youth and charitable efforts.
