Liability Release & Agreement

In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants, and spectators, by the execution of this entry form, release and discharge LAVMC. Each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons, and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participant assisting or cooperating with the entrant. Prohibited: weapons, explosives, offensive/illegal materials, silly string, confetti.

September 27th · 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Check-In Information

  • Check-in: 7:00–9:00 AM at the corner of Centennial & Waite
  • Directions from Hwy 101:
    • From Santa Maria – follow detour/car show signs @ St Joseph St & Bell St
    • From Buellton – follow detour/car show signs @ Augusta St & Bell St
  • Pre-register early for faster check-in and a Goodie Bag.
  • Day-of entries are welcome but may take longer to check in.
  • Check-in packet includes a Voting Ballot and Windshield Sticker.
  • If you’re in a group/club, let us know at check-in for group parking.
  • After check-in, cars will be parked along Bell Street & Centennial Street.
  • Coffee & donuts available until 9:00 AM near the flagpole (donations welcome).
  • Tri-tip sandwiches will be available mid-morning at the LAVMC Beer Garden on Leslie St.
  • Turn in Voting Ballots at the announcer’s booth by 11:00 AM.
  • Awards Ceremony: 2:00 PM at the announcer’s booth.
  • Cars may remain parked until 4:00 PM when roads reopen.

Los Alamos Valley Men’s Club is a 501(c)(3) — $40 registration fee may be tax-deductible.
