🎉 Old Days Los Alamos 2025 – Official Schedule

The Los Alamos Valley Men’s Club is proud to welcome you to the 79th Annual Old Days Celebration, September 26–28, 2025. This year’s theme, “How the West Was One,” honors the unity, history, and community spirit that makes our town so special. With three days of food, music, family fun, and tradition, Old Days is the event you won’t want to miss!


🦌 Friday, September 26 – Buck Contest Kickoff

Kick off Old Days in style with the ever-popular Buck Contest!

  • Dinner Special: Chili Verde Dinner

  • Live Music: Red Oak Country will keep the dance floor full all night

Last year was a huge success, and 2025 is shaping up to be even bigger!


🥩 Saturday, September 27 – Car Show & Steak Night

Morning & Afternoon on Bell Street (9am–3pm):

  • Classic Car Show featuring some of California’s finest rides

  • Food Trucks & Artisan Vendors

  • Family Fun: Cow Pie Bingo, Soft Play, Bounce House, Paintball for the kiddos

  • 🐕 NEW! Wild Woof West Dog Parade – fun for pups and their people!

Evening at the Clubhouse:

  • Cook Your Own Steak Dinner – a long-standing Old Days tradition with all the fixins.

  • Live Music by The Fossils – come dance in the newly renovated club!


🎶 Sunday, September 28 – Parade & Community Fun

Morning Events:

  • Community Church Service in Ferrini Park

  • 5K Run/Walk hosted by Cal Swoosh

Parade:

  • The “Greatest Little Small Town Parade” rolls down Bell Street—don’t miss the floats, horses, and hometown pride!

Afternoon in Ferrini Park & Clubhouse:

  • Music by the Orcutt Academy Jazz Band

  • Contests: BBQ Contest, Water Balloon Toss, Watermelon Eating Contest

  • Food & Drinks: Tri-Tip Sandwiches at the LAVMC Clubhouse (cash bar available)

  • All-day fun and activities for the whole family!
